Zero Tolerance Statement

May Secrets has a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, forced labor, and any form of sexual exploitation. We are committed to preventing our Platform from being used to facilitate trafficking or exploitation of any kind.

Legal Compliance

We comply with all applicable anti-trafficking laws, including but not limited to:

• The Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and its reauthorizations;
• FOSTA-SESTA (Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act);
• EU Directive 2011/36/EU on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings;
• All other applicable national and international laws regarding human trafficking.

Prevention Measures

May Secrets implements the following measures to prevent trafficking and exploitation:

• Identity verification: All creators must verify their identity and age before publishing content.
• Content monitoring: We actively monitor content for signs of coercion, exploitation, or trafficking.
• Age verification: All users must confirm they are at least 18 years old. We enforce this requirement at registration and through ongoing compliance checks.
• Consent verification: All persons depicted in content must have given valid, informed consent. Any person depicted may request content removal at any time (see our Appeal Procedure).

Reporting

If you suspect that content on our Platform involves human trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual activity, please report it immediately:

All reports are treated with the highest urgency and confidentiality. We will review and respond to all reports within five (5) business days.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

May Secrets cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating trafficking or exploitation. We will preserve and disclose relevant records as required by law or valid legal process.

Violations

Any user found to be involved in human trafficking or exploitation will have their Account immediately terminated. All relevant information will be reported to law enforcement.
