THIS DOCUMENT IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND May Secrets. THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND THE SERVICES. BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT USE THE PLATFORM.

1. Definitions

• "Account" means a user account unique to your email address, created for the purpose of using the Services.
• "Content" means any text, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, audio-visual combinations, and other materials you may view or access through the Services, including User Content.
• "Creative User" means the content creator who publishes Content on the Platform (May).
• "Paid-for Services" means Services which require payment to access, including subscriptions to Creative Users, pay-per-view content, and tips.
• "Payment Processor" means CCBill, the authorized third-party payment processor engaged by May Secrets to handle all transactions on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the May Secrets website and application hosted at maysecret.com, including any updates or supplements to it.
• "Services" means your use of the Platform and the features we make available as part of it.
• "User" means any user of the Services.
• "User Content" means Content which a User contributes, submits, uploads, publishes, or otherwise makes available via the Services.

May Secrets is operated by Ismael Gómez, sole trader registered in Italy, with registered address at Salita Foti 5, 98060 Basicò (ME), Italy. Where these terms refer to "you" or "your" it means the person using the Platform; where they refer to "us", "our" or "we" it means May Secrets.

2. Your Account

To use the Platform, receive the Services and become a User, you must register and create an Account with us. When you create an Account you must not:

• Impersonate another individual;
• Create bot Accounts or any Account controlled by automated means;
• Share your password or give access to your Account to others;
• Transfer or otherwise assign your Account to anyone else.

You agree to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, truthful and complete, and that you will keep it updated.

By setting up an Account you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have not been previously banned from using the Platform.

3. Paid-for Services, Billing & No Refund Policy

All prices on the Platform are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). The total price for any Paid-for Services will always be shown to you before you submit your order, including any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or additional charges.

All payments are processed securely by our Payment Processor, CCBill, which is PCI DSS compliant. May Secrets never stores your credit card details on our servers. Charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as "CCBill" or a related descriptor.

If you purchase a subscription for any Paid-for Services, the following applies:

• You will be billed immediately and your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days at the then-current rate until you cancel.
• The subscription fee is set by the Creative User and may change at their discretion. You will be notified of any price change before your next billing period.
• If a promotional offer applies (such as a discounted first month or a free trial period), the promotional terms will be displayed before checkout. After the promotional period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate.
• You can cancel subscriptions at any time by going to Settings > Subscriptions in your Account and selecting "Cancel." You may also contact our support team for assistance.
• If you cancel, you retain access to the Paid-for Services until the end of the current subscription period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

For billing inquiries, disputes, or support regarding charges, you may contact CCBill directly at https://support.ccbill.com.

4. Content & User Content

Content made available via the Platform is User Content. Any views expressed by Users do not represent our views or values. You acknowledge and agree that you access all User Content at your own risk.

As an Account holder, you may submit User Content. This right may be suspended, and your Account or User Content may be deleted, if we determine you are in breach of these terms.

You acknowledge you are the owner of and solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to upload and distribute your User Content. You agree to indemnify us for any breach of this warranty.

We may review, monitor, or remove your User Content at any time and for any reason, without notice to you. In the event you wish to report Content you believe is in breach of our policies, you may do so by contacting support.

5. Creative Users

The Platform hosts content from a single Creative User (May). Subscribers may not publish paid content. The Creative User receives a percentage of revenues generated by Paid-for Services from their Content. May Secrets retains a commission to cover operational costs and platform maintenance.

The Creative User may not request, advertise, or receive payments for goods or services outside the Platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

In the event of a refund or chargeback being issued for a Paid-for Service, we reserve the right to reclaim the corresponding amount from the relevant Creative User's balance.

6. Licence

We grant you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform and to receive the Services, subject to these terms.

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free licence, with the right to sub-licence, to use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit your User Content in order to provide the Services. We will not sell your User Content to other platforms or claim ownership of it.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its software, branding, infrastructure, and interface, belong to us or our licensors. You have no intellectual property rights in the Platform other than the right to use it in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, download, or share Content unless expressly authorized;
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated scripts to access or interact with the Platform.

8. Adult Content & Age Verification

The Platform permits the upload and distribution of adult content, including sexually explicit material, by Creative Users. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access the Platform.
• By creating an Account, you confirm under penalty of perjury that you meet this age requirement.
• Creative Users who produce adult content are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations regarding record-keeping for sexually explicit content.
• Creative Users must maintain records verifying that all individuals depicted in their Content are at least 18 years of age. May Secrets may request proof of such records at any time.
• All individuals depicted in adult Content must have given informed, documented consent for the creation and distribution of such Content.
• May Secrets reserves the right to remove any Content and terminate any Account where age verification or consent documentation cannot be confirmed.

18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement: The custodian of records for all Content hosted on the Platform is Ismael Gómez. All inquiries regarding 2257 compliance may be directed to support@maysecret.com.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
• Upload any Content involving minors or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this is a zero-tolerance policy and will be reported to law enforcement;
• Upload non-consensual intimate imagery (commonly known as "revenge porn");
• Upload AI-generated or deepfake sexually explicit content depicting real individuals without their documented consent;
• Upload Content that depicts or promotes sexual violence, trafficking, or exploitation;
• Distribute spam, phishing, or malware;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its systems;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

10. Anti-Trafficking & Anti-Exploitation

May Secrets has a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and any form of non-consensual activity. We are committed to compliance with all applicable anti-trafficking laws, including the United States Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), FOSTA-SESTA, and EU Directive 2011/36/EU.

• All Creative Users must verify their identity before publishing content on the Platform.
• We actively monitor for signs of coercion, exploitation, or trafficking in content and user behavior.
• If you suspect trafficking or exploitation on the Platform, report it immediately to support@maysecret.com or to the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to trafficking and exploitation.

11. DMCA & Copyright Takedown

May Secrets respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that Content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated agent at dmca@maysecret.com including:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing Content on the Platform;
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number);
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing Content. Repeat infringers will have their Accounts terminated.

12. Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about the Platform, our Services, another User, or any Content, please follow this procedure:

1. Submit your complaint via email to support@maysecret.com or through our Contact page.
2. Include your Account email, a description of the issue, any relevant URLs or screenshots, and the resolution you seek.
3. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.
4. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.
5. For billing-related complaints, you may also contact CCBill directly at https://support.ccbill.com.

EU residents may also submit complaints via the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide the Services with reasonable care and commercially reasonable efforts. However, the Platform and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee the Platform will always be available or uninterrupted.
• We are not responsible for any Content posted by Users.
• The Platform does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party networks or infrastructure.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, May Secrets shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage caused by other Users, including their conduct or User Content;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Loss or corruption of data;
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain Account security.

If you are a Creative User, we shall not be liable for loss of profits, income, revenue, business opportunity, or reputational harm.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of: (a) three (3) times the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred United States Dollars ($100 USD).

15. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account — with or without notice — if:

• You breach these terms or any of our policies;
• You engage in payment, refund, or chargeback abuse;
• Your behavior poses a risk to other Users or our systems;
• We are required to do so by law.

Upon termination:

• Your access to Paid-for Services and Content is immediately revoked;
• You have 30 days to request a copy of your personal data;
• After 30 days, we may permanently delete your data unless legally required to retain it;
• You may not register a new Account if you have been banned.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect the next time you use the Platform. The date at the top of this document indicates when it was last updated. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
