THIS IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND May Secrets. BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" means the May Secrets website at maysecret.com.
• "Content" means any material (text, photos, videos, audio) available on the Platform.
• "Services" means the Platform and all features we make available through it.
• "Paid Services" means subscriptions, pay-per-view content, tips, and credit purchases.

May Secrets is operated by MDS Digital di Gomez Ismael Eduardo, self-employed professional (libero professionista) based in Italy, P.IVA 03873120830, at Salita Foti 5, 98060 Basicò (ME), Italy. "You" means the person using the Platform; "we"/"us" means May Secrets.

2. Your Account

You must create an Account to use the Platform. You must not:

• Impersonate another person;
• Create bot or automated accounts;
• Share your password or transfer your Account.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your Account. By creating an Account you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have not been previously banned.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed by CCBill (PCI DSS compliant).May Secrets never stores your card details. Charges appear as "CCBill" on your statement.

Subscriptions:

• Billed immediately and automatically renew every 30 days until cancelled.
• The subscription price may change; you will be notified before your next billing period.
• Promotional offers (discounted first month, free trial) are shown before checkout. After the promo ends, the standard rate applies automatically.
• Cancel any time via Settings > Subscriptions or by contacting support. You keep access until the end of the current period.

By completing any purchase on the Platform, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under Article 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

4. Content

You are responsible for any content you submit (messages, comments, profile info). We may remove content that violates these terms without notice. To report content, contact support@maysecret.com.

5. Intellectual Property & Licence

We grant you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform. All IP rights in the Platform (software, branding, interface) belong to us.

You may not:

• Copy, download, or redistribute Content without authorization;
• Reverse-engineer or extract source code from the Platform;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to provide the Services. We will not sell your content to third parties.

6. Adult Content & Age Verification

The Platform contains sexually explicit material. By creating an Account, you confirm under penalty of perjury that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

AI-Generated Content Disclosure

The creator persona featured on this Platform ("May") is an AI-generated fictional character. All content published on the Platform is created using artificial intelligence tools. No real persons are depicted in the content. The Platform operator (MDS Digital di Gomez Ismael Eduardo) is responsible for all content creation, review, and publication.

May Secrets complies with all applicable laws regarding adult content, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where applicable. The operator maintains any records required by law. For compliance inquiries, contact support@maysecret.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform to:

• Upload content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or involves minors/CSAM (zero tolerance — reported to law enforcement);
• Upload non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfake explicit content of real individuals;
• Upload content promoting sexual violence, trafficking, or exploitation;
• Distribute spam, phishing, or malware;
• Interfere with Platform systems or impersonate any person or entity;
• Violate any applicable law.

Violations may result in immediate Account termination and referral to law enforcement.

8. Safety & Compliance

May Secrets has zero tolerance for exploitation of any kind. We comply with applicable laws including the TVPA, FOSTA-SESTA, and EU Directive 2011/36/EU, and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

9. DMCA

If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice to support@maysecret.com with:

• Description of the copyrighted work;
• URL of the infringing content;
• Your contact information;
• Good-faith belief statement and perjury declaration;
• Your signature.

We will promptly remove infringing content. Repeat infringers will be terminated.

10. Complaints

1. Email support@maysecret.com or use the Contact page.
2. Include your Account email, description of the issue, and desired resolution.
3. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and will review and resolve it within five (5) business days.
4. For billing complaints, contact CCBill at https://support.ccbill.com.

EU residents may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

11. Content Removal Appeal

Any person depicted in content on the Platform may request its removal by contacting support@maysecret.com. In your request, please include:

• A description of the content and its location on the Platform (URL or screenshot);
• Your full legal name and contact information;
• A statement explaining why the content should be removed (e.g. lack of consent).

We will review all removal requests and resolve them within five (5) business days. If the investigation determines that consent was not given or is void under applicable law, the content will be removed promptly.

If there is a disagreement regarding the outcome of an appeal, either party may refer the matter to a neutral third-party mediator for resolution. May Secrets will cooperate fully with any such neutral mediation process.

12. Disclaimers & Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for content submitted by users.

May Secrets is not liable for:

• Loss or damage caused by other users;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Loss of data or failure to maintain Account security.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) 3x the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months, or (b) $100 USD.

13. General

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account if you breach these terms, abuse payments, pose a risk to others, or as required by law. Upon termination:

• Access is immediately revoked;
• You have 30 days to request your personal data;
• Banned users may not create new accounts.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect on your next use. The date at the top indicates the last update.
